Our primary function is to facilitate the comparison of insurance products and enable you to receive quotes from multiple Insurance Partners based on the information you provide.
Our Platform is completely free for consumers to use. We generate revenue through commissions and fees paid by Insurance Partners who participate in our marketplace. Our services are available exclusively to residents of the United States, though specific insurance products may not be available in all states due to regulatory restrictions and Insurance Partner coverage areas.
InsureDecks is a comparison and referral platform, not an insurance company or licensed insurance agency. We do not underwrite, issue, or provide insurance policies. All insurance products displayed on our Platform are offered directly by Insurance Partners, and any policy you purchase will be issued by the respective Insurance Partner, not by InsureDecks.
We do not provide insurance advice, recommendations, or endorsements of specific products or Insurance Partners. The decision to purchase any insurance policy is entirely yours, and you are responsible for ensuring that any policy you select meets your specific coverage needs and requirements.
Quotes displayed on our Platform are provided to us by Insurance Partners and represent estimates based on the information you submit. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of these quotes or confirm that they represent the most current pricing available. Final rates are determined by Insurance Partners based on their underwriting criteria and may differ from initial quotes after they collect additional information from you or conduct their own review.
The quotes you receive are not binding offers or guaranteed rates. Actual policy availability, pricing, and terms are subject to approval by the Insurance Partner and may vary based on factors including but not limited to your complete application details, driving record, claims history, credit information, and other underwriting factors used by the Insurance Partner.
To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must not use our services if you are prohibited by law from receiving or using insurance comparison services in your state or locality.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information when using our Platform. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in incorrect quotes and could potentially invalidate any insurance policy you obtain. We share the information you provide with Insurance Partners to facilitate quote generation and policy issuance.
While we strive to provide our Platform with reasonable skill and care, we make no guarantees about the service beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms. OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSUREDECKS AND ITS INSURANCE PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR USING THE SERVICES, OR IF WE CHOOSE, WE MAY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICES AGAIN IN LIEU OF MONETARY DAMAGES.
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, INSUREDECKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT WAS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE AT THE TIME YOU BEGAN USING OUR PLATFORM.
All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the proprietary property of InsureDecs or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

When you use our Platform and provide your contact information, you may be asked to consent to receive communications from InsureDecks and our Insurance Partners. By providing your phone number, email address, and clicking any "Continue," "Submit," or similar button, you expressly consent to the following:
You authorize InsureDecks and our Insurance Partners to contact you regarding insurance products and services through various methods including phone calls (live or automated), pre-recorded voice messages, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails. This consent applies to the phone number and email address you provide, including wireless numbers, even if that number is registered on any Do Not Call registry.
Your consent to receive communications is not a requirement to receive quotes or purchase insurance through our Platform. You may request quotes without providing marketing consent by calling us directly at (307) 310-2201.
To stop receiving text messages, reply "STOP" to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. For assistance with our messaging program, reply "HELP" or contact us at info@insuredecks.com.
Standard message and data rates may apply to all communications sent to and from us. The frequency of messages varies based on your interactions and the campaigns you show interest in, but you may receive up to fifteen (15) or more messages per month. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your text or data plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You acknowledge and agree that InsureDecks and our Insurance Partners may obtain information about you from various sources to provide accurate insurance quotes, including your driving records, claims history, consumer reports, credit information, and other relevant data sources as permitted by law.
Communications may be made directly by InsureDecks or by Insurance Partners and third parties acting on their behalf. InsureDecks is not responsible for and bears no liability for communications made by Insurance Partners or their representatives, except for those made directly by InsureDecks.
The relationship between you and InsureDecks is limited to that of independent contracting parties. Neither party owes the other any fiduciary duties or obligations beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms. Both parties release each other from all claims, whether past, present, or future, actual or contingent, arising from or related to any implied duties except as expressly provided herein.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InsureDecks, our Insurance Partners, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and legal costs) arising from or related to your use of our Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
InsureDecks reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully with our defense of such claims.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY, OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in the arbitration, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InsureDecks regarding your use of our Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or any subsequent waiver of the same provision.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
